(Can use chicken) &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1Tbsp minced fresh ginger&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 medium onion slivered*&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 red bell pepper, diced*&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 lb broccoli florets* &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;*Sometimes I just use a frozen-stir fry mix with peppers, onions, sugar snap peas, etc....&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1. Combine 1/2 cup broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, marmalade, vinegar and chile-garlic sauce in a small bowl; mix well. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Heat 1 tsp oil in a wok or large non stick skillet over high heat. Add beef; stir fry until brown. Transfer to plate. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Add the remaining oil. Add ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add onion, stir fry for 30 seconds. Add remaining vegetables. Add sauce mixture. Cook, stirring, until the sauce becomes thick and translucent. Stir in beef. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add lo mein. Cook according to directions. During the last 3 minutes, add edamame. Drain. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Heat canola oil to med-high heat in dutch oven (you may need to use more or less depending on whether the dutch oven is non-stick). In a food processor, blend the onion until fully diced.  Add the onion to hot oil (med-high heat) and cook until fully caramelized (10-15 minutes). Blend garlic and ginger in food processor. Once the onion is caramelized, add ginger and garlic to onion mixture. Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Add garam masala, tikka masala powder, salt, and tumeric to the onion mixture. Stir for 1 minute.  Add chicken, and cook until seared (approx 3-5 minutes).  Add tomatoes (undrained) and then whipping cream. Bring to boil, then simmer on low for 2 - 3 hours. Beat together sugar and oil in a large bowl. Then beat in the eggs one at a time. Slowly mix in flour mixture, then add the rest of the ingredients: carrots, walnuts, zest, vanilla. Pour into (2) 9 inch greased and floured rounds cake pans. Bake 50-60 minutes. Place everything in a bowl. Preheat oven 300 degree F&lt;br /&gt;2. Sprinkle salt and pepper and 1 Tbsp chili flakes over meat. Wrap each rack in aluminum foil. Bake for 2 1/2 hrs.&lt;br /&gt;3. Heat oil in a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Cook and stir the onions in oil for 5 minutes. Stir in water, tomato paste, vinegar, brown sugar, honey, worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, molasses, chile powder, and red pepper. Bring mixure to boil, then reduce heat. Simmer for 1.5 hours or until sauce thickens. Remove from heat. Set aside&lt;br /&gt;4. Place onion slices on bottom of slow cooker with 1/2 of minced garlic. Put meat in center of cooker, surround by potatoes, pour water over mixture, then sprinkle remaining spices (garlic, rosemary, fennel, salt and pepper) over the meat. Cook on low for 8 hrs. Meat should be tender enough to pull apart with a fork. Saute onion and garlic until onion is tender. Blend in flour. Stir in broth, milk, chilies, salt and cumin. Cook and stir until thickened. Reduce heat, simmer  5 minutes, set aside. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Spoon a little sauce in the center of each tortilla, place a reasonable portion of meat and cheese down the center. Roll up tortilla and place seam side down in pan. Repeat with other tortillas. Cut meat into bite size pieces (with or without bones, but leaving bones in sauce makes it more flavorful)&lt;br /&gt;2. Chop onion finely or grind in small food processor. Put onion in warm or hot oil. Heat on medium high heat and keep stirring for 10-15 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;3. When onion is golden brown add chopped garlic and ginger. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. In a medium saucepan, bring the coconut milk, curry paste, fish sauce and brown sugar to a boil.&lt;br /&gt;2. Add the chicken, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the vegetables and bamboo shoots and simmer for 10 minutes or until everything is cooked thoroughly.&lt;br /&gt;3. Preheat oven to 450 F&lt;br /&gt;2. Cube chicken breast and boil for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, drain, and set aside.&lt;br /&gt;3. In a saucepan over medium heat, cook onions in butter until soft and translucent. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, and basil. Slowly stir in chicken broth and milk. Simmer over medium-low heat until thick. Remove from heat. Mix chicken and veggies into hot liquid mixture.&lt;br /&gt;4. Pour mixture into bottom of pie dish. Cook in preheated oven for 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;5. While the mixture is cooking, mix biscuit mix according to package directions. Roll out biscuit dough into a 1/2 inch thick circle.&lt;br /&gt;6. After 10 minutes, remove pie dish from oven and cover the pie with circular biscuit dough. Approximately 4 minutes. Remove almonds and set aside. Combine flour, salt, and pepper in shallow bowl. Flatten chicken between wax paper with meat hammer.  Dust flattened chicken with flour mixture. Stir rosemary into butter left on skillet over medium heat. Add chicken to butter mixture and brown the chicken on both sides. Stir in wine. Cook 5 to 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Stir almonds into mixture. Cook 1 minute. Start cooking rice as directed on package. Place tilapia in oven safe dish. Rub olive oil over fish fillets. Generously sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning, parsley flakes, and garlic powder over fillets. Squeeze juice from half a lemon over fillets. Broil for 8 minutes. Serve fish over the rice and with a side of steamed vegetables. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.&lt;br /&gt;2. In a large bowl cream together the butter, sugar, and vanilla. Stir in flour, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, and salt. Blend in the mashed bananas. Add nuts. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. 3. Bake for 70 minutes or until knife inserted into center of loaf comes out clean. When I have a recipe that calls for deep frying, my husband normally does the honors. This mid-week recipe normally satisfies our craving for fried chicken.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Ingredients&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6 chicken drumsticks skinned&lt;br /&gt;4 chicken breast halves skinned&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup low fat buttermilk&lt;br /&gt;2 cloves fresh garlic&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp paprika&lt;br /&gt;3 cups panko crumbs&lt;br /&gt;3 tsp cajun seasoning&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp garlic powder&lt;br /&gt;1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper&lt;br /&gt;cooking spray&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) Combine buttermilk, garlic, and paprika in small bowl.  Place chicken in large bowl. Pour buttermilk mixture over chicken. Marinate for 8 hrs.(shake it up to ensure its thoroughly coated)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven to 400 degrees&lt;br /&gt;2) Combine panko crumbs, garlic powder, cajun seasoning, and black pepper in large zip lock bag. Place chicken in bag one, by, one. Shake to coat. Place chicken on cooling rack placed on cookie sheet. Repeat with all pieces of chicken. When finished, spray all pieces of chicken with cooking spray. Heat olive oil over med-high heat. Add mushrooms and saute for 1 minute. Add garlic and red bell pepper. Cook until pepper and mushrooms appear almost fully cooked. Add spinach and salt to taste. Cook until spinach is wilted. Transfer mixture to a small bowl. Drain liquids.&lt;br /&gt;2. Lower heat to medium. Spray pan with cooking spray. Place corn tortilla on pan. Flatten and evenly distribute half of mushroom mixture on corn tortilla. Sprinkle half of cheese mixture over mushroom mixture. Sprinkle approximately 1 teaspoon of seasoning blend over mixture. Lay a corn tortilla over mixture. While cooking, flatten quesadilla with spatula. Flip quesadilla and cook other side until tortilla is brown and crispy&lt;br /&gt;3. Repeat with remaining ingredients&lt;br /&gt;4.
